We use Dojo to collect and process transaction information.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
How we will use your personal information - we will use the personal information you provide to us to supply our services to you and process your payment for such services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of our third party providers (including Stripe). Your email address will be used to create your online account and for all communications. By providing us with an email address you are agreeing to receive communication from us by email.


1. Entitlement to refunds - apart from as set out elsewhere in these terms, you shall not be entitled to any refunds. If your child refuses to attend the session or if you decide you no longer want to attend a session, or no longer want your child to attend a session, we will not give refunds or credits. 2. Contact us if you have a query about a payment or a refund - if you have a query about a payment or if you believe you are due a refund please contact us at hello@paddlepod.co.uk. We review all requests on an individual basis and we will provide a written decision to you within 7 working days receiving your request. If we need longer to investigate your request we will notify you of this and provide a revised response date. If a refund is deemed appropriate we will process this within 14 days of confirming to you in writing that a refund is due to you.
